2.When is the last date for Early Bird Registration rates?
Early bird registration are extended until 30th of April 2010.
3. When is the last date for submission of abstracts/workshop materials, etc?
Abstract submissions will be accepted until, 31st of March 2010.
4. What does the conference package include?
The conference package includes:
a. 4 nights stay (including breakfast) at Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel, Sanur, from July 8 and check out on July 12.
b. Lunch and snacks during conference day.
c. One time transfer from airport to hotel (the next transfer will be charged at US$ 9/ IDR 80,000,-)
d. Two dinners, on July 8 for Welcome Evening Reception and on July 11 for Closing Reception with Cultural Program.
5. What are the room charges at conference venue prior to July 8 or after July 12?
Room charges are US$65/night (including breakfast). Please notify us in advance in order to acquire first priority hotel booking. Additional stay will be paid separately. The total conference packages & options can be downloaded from here.
6. What is the cost of an extra bed?
Extra beds are available at US$25/night (breakfast included).
7. What are the charges for the companions of participants?
Participants pay at single occupancy rate will not share room with other participants but will be able to share room with spouse, friend or family with maximum occupancy of two persons. Extra bed is available at US$ 25,-/night (breakfast included). Non registered member (spouse, friend/family) who wish to attend Welcome Evening Reception will have to pay Euro 15,-/ US$ 22,-/IDR 200.000.- per person, and Closing Reception with Cultural Program will have to pay Euro 30,-/US$44,-/IDR 400.000,- per person.
8. What are the rates for room sharing of participants?
Participants who pay at room sharing rate will share room with other registered participant. (Please notify us the name of your preferred room-mate if any for room arrangement).
9. What if I do not want to pay for the accommodation?
Participants pay for conference fee without accommodation and wish to attend Welcome Evening Reception will have to pay Euro 15,-/ US$ 22,-/ IDR 200.000, per person and Closing Reception with Cultural Program at Euro30/US$44-/IDR 400.000,- per person.
10. Do I have a say in choosing the type of accommodation?
Please notify in advance your room preference, we have reserved rooms at main tower, garden view and cottages. Please visit venue website at http://www.innagrandbalibeach.com for reference. We will do our best to carry out your request but earlier registration with notification will be at our first priority.
